Claude db6d2dc948 agent: phase2-tokei-002 audited — rejected-gate, golden replay catches live divergence ...

The agent's parse_context skip-scan passed upstream tests but broke
byte-identical golden replay on the pinned corpus; bench correctly never
ran. First rejected-gate of the grind: the equivalence stack blocking a
wrong-output patch that a green test suite would have shipped.
