phase3: cjson cache-sim profile — float print/parse dominate

Browse Source 
~22% of Ir in glibc float serialization (__printf_fp, cJSON print_number)
and parsing (strtod/str_to_mpn, cJSON parse_number), plus parse_value/
parse_string and malloc/free churn. Ample headroom (SPEC §6).
